In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin for our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless operation, optimal performance, and user proficiency across our key marketing software tools.

If you are a systems-thinker with a passion for marketing technology and a knack for problem-solving and training, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Operations Manager:

  • Marketing Technology Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for key marketing software tools, including our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) (e.g., Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and other integrated platforms (e.g., CMS, analytics tools, sales engagement platforms).
  • System Maintenance & Optimization: Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance, data integrity, and functionality of all assigned marketing systems. This includes managing user accounts, permissions, security settings, and system configurations.
  • Data Flow & Integration Management: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between various marketing systems and the broader GTM tech stack (e.g., CRM, data warehouses). Troubleshoot integration errors and work with relevant teams to implement robust solutions.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all marketing system configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • User Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs and materials for the marketing team on how to effectively use our marketing software tools, promoting adoption and maximizing their capabilities.
  • New Tool Evaluation & Implementation: Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new marketing technologies, assessing their fit with existing systems and ensuring smooth integration and rollout.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues, stay updated on new features, and manage contracts and renewals for marketing tools.
  • Data Hygiene & Governance: Partner with the Revenue Insights Analyst and other relevant teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to data governance policies within the marketing systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first line of support for marketing team members encountering issues with the marketing tech stack, providing timely resolution and escalating complex problems to IT or vendor support as needed.
  • Campaign Setup Support: Provide technical support and best practice guidance to marketing managers for setting up and launching campaigns within the marketing automation platform (e.g., email sends, landing pages, forms, workflows, segmentation).
  • Reporting Infrastructure Support: Ensure that marketing systems are configured to capture the necessary data for reporting and analysis, supporting the Revenue Insights Analyst in building comprehensive dashboards.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all marketing system configurations and processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of hands-on administration and management experience with a leading Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, from a marketing user and integration perspective.
  • Proven experience with system integration concepts and best practices for marketing and sales technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and optimizing technical systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and provide effective training.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
