Your Role as a Project Manager:

Are you a results-driven project leader with a passion for workplace technology and a talent for strategic consulting? Do you thrive at the intersection of delivery excellence and trusted client advisory? Appspace is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Appspace Professional Services team.

In this role, you will lead high-impact professional services engagements – spanning space reservation, intranet, and digital signage projects – while serving as a strategic advisor who helps enterprise customers unlock the full potential of the Appspace platform. You will report directly to the Manager, Strategic Professional Services, and work alongside a team of Solution Architects and Solutions Consultants to drive adoption, empower workplace experience transformation, and deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

A Day in the Life of a Project Manager:

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic professional services projects, including space reservation systems, intranet infrastructure deployments, and digital signage implementations.
  • Develop and manage project charters, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans from kickoff through go-live. • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams – Solution Architects, Business Consultants, and partner vendors – ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating appropriately while maintaining client confidence throughout the engagement.
  • Conduct project retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and strengthen delivery methodology.
  • Support executive-level discovery sessions and workshops to understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and technology environments.

Platform Expertise & Best Practices

  • Maintain a deep, current understanding of Appspace's product suite — including space reservation, digital signage, and intranet solutions — to provide credible strategic consultation.
  • Connect customers to internal subject matter experts, contributing to the development of repeatable delivery playbooks, solution templates, and best practice documentation for the Professional Services team.
  • Support customers on platform governance, content strategy, information architecture, and utilization analytics to maximize ROI.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing guidance on Appspace solutions, platform capabilities, and workplace experience best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to scope new service opportunities, contribute to pre-sales support, and develop compelling services proposals.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on client insights, deployment patterns, and market trends to inform the Appspace product roadmap.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service offerings, delivery processes, and team operational excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in workplace technology, SaaS implementation, enterprise IT, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong consultative skillset — able to conduct discovery, assess client needs, and translate them into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-suite executives, IT leaders, and end users alike.
  • Demonstrated experience with change management principles and driving successful user adoption of enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to operate both as a strategic advisor and a hands-on project executor, adapting to the needs of each engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or a formal background in professional services delivery.
  • Consultative services experience in a customer-facing technology advisory or implementation role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
  • Familiarity with workplace experience technologies, including space reservation platforms, digital signage, or internal communications solutions (Appspace experience is a strong plus).
  • Experience developing and delivering customer enablement programs or workshops for enterprise audiences.
  • Knowledge of workplace strategy frameworks, hybrid work models, or facilities and workplace management best practices.
  • Exposure to enterprise integrations common in workplace tech deployments (HRIS, IWMS, AV systems, SSO/directory services, MS 365).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
