Sales Development Representative

This outbound sales role involves making high-volume calls, leading to numerous conversations and new relationships. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in building relationships and setting appointments for our outside sales team, creating valuable opportunities that enhance our company’s profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to small businesses, initiating conversations that pave the way for success.
- Schedule appointments for our outside sales team, creating valuable opportunities that contribute to both our clients' success and our company’s growth.
- Ensure submitted appointments meet confirmation guidelines.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, ensuring every call brings us closer to building new relationships.
- Maintain a balance between new relationships and resetting contacts.
- Participate in training and coaching to continuously enhance your skills and succeed in your role.
Qualifications/Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Call Center experience is a plus!
- Basic computer proficiency, experience with CRMs preferred.
- Great communication skills with a personable and positive attitude.
- A professional attitude and a commitment to success.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Base of $20.53/hr + commission and bonuses (On-Target Earnings: $50k-$70k/yr)
