
Account Executive
Appstar, a leader in POS technology and payment processing, is seeking a driven Solutions Specialist (Account Executive) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an integral role in our sales acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and confidently closing deals.
As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll be an expert at identifying client needs, even before they’re stated, and delivering tailored solutions that drive success for both our clients and our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships and swiftly close new business opportunities with small to medium-sized business (SMB) owners.
- Work hand in hand with Business Development Reps to develop tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of small business clients.
- Identify and qualify new business prospects through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to follow up with leads received from Business Development Reps and proactive prospecting.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM software.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B with short sales cycles
- A dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
- Proficient in overseeing the complete sales process, from prospecting to value-driven closing

Note: This is a 100% in-office position in San Diego, CA. Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30 PST schedule.
