What will you be responsible for?
As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities for North Central Region by qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities in new and existing accounts utilizing appropriate resources necessary to close sales.
- Drive customer acquisition and expansion in Global 2000 accounts directly and through AppViewX partners.
- Own and deliver a quota of $1.3M+ annually.
- Build and foster executive relationships to influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted business advisor.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth, partnering closely with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain and expand the client base through CRM, social media, and targeted prospecting.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and sales, negotiate complex deals, and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Engage C-Level executives to secure project sponsorships and build multi-level trust across accounts.
- Represent AppViewX at industry events and collaborate internally to drive a high-performance sales culture.
- Travel as needed across the assigned territory.
What do we Require?
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quotas ($1M+) in cybersecurity or SaaS sales.
- Multiple Presidents Club awards or equivalent top-performer recognitions.
- Experience selling SaaS or cybersecurity products to enterprise and Global 2000 customers.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level engagement.
- Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
- Ability to build deep trust and drive executive-level relationships.

- Strong understanding of technical sales cycles, especially around Identity & Access Management (IAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cloud infrastructure, or crypto agility solutions.
- Naturally curious with a strong inclination to ask insightful questionsand deeply understand customer challenges.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technology value propositionsto executive stakeholders.
- Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-driven professional with a passion for building and expanding enterprise customer relationships
