What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Business Analyst , you will act as a key liaison between customers, product teams and service delivery. You will be responsible for gathering and translating customer requirements into clear specifications, driving end-to-end solution scoping, and supporting implementation teams for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to capture functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze customer environments and define automation or integration opportunities using AppViewX.
- Solution Scoping & Design
- Translate requirements into detailed use cases, process flows, and high-level solution designs.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and user stories.
- Product Collaboration
- Act as the voice within product development cycles.
- Partner with Product Managers to align field requirements with product strategy and roadmap.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate feature completeness in collaboration with QA and Engineering.
- Ability and Willingness to drive customer engagements end-to-end wherever required.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Bridge gaps between technical teams, customers, and product managers.
- Present findings, mockups, and demo workflows to stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly.
- Project Support
- Assist implementation teams with clarifications, testing, and UAT coordination.
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed requirements and business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to reusable assets (templates, workflow libraries, customer documentation).
- Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and customer onboarding.
What do we require?
- Customer facing experience in Solutioning /Post Sale Support/Customer Success/Project management with a Technical background
- Experience managing Enterprise customer accounts.
- Strong customer management skills during advocacy/escalation with ability to influence clients
- Good understanding of key technical concepts around Network, PKI, Automation, Security and systems
- Willingness to learn and understand our solutions and being able to teach the product to our customers
- Time management skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
- Worked and interacted with F500 organizations in the North American or European markets
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
- Comfortable working in extended time zones to align with the global team and in a fast-paced environment
