What will you be responsible for?
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the success of our products in the market. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills to ensure our products meet customer needs and stand out in a competitive landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and other marketing teams to achieve business objectives. You will own the “why buy” narrative, drive product launches, and partner with Product, Sales, and CS teams.
- Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategy:

- Create and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Define and communicate the unique value propositions of our products.
- Drive go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights into market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Messaging and Positioning:

- Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create marketing collaterals that effectively communicates product benefits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product management to understand product features, benefits, and development roadmaps.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and materials for successful product selling.
- Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback and insights.
- Develop customer case studies and testimonials to showcase product success stories.
- Metrics and Analytics:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
