Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to join our Finance team in Coimbatore or Bangalore. This role will report directly to the Director – Finance & Accounts and will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

The individual will work closely with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to deliver business insights, support decision-making, and drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with FP&A tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leaders to provide financial support, performance analysis, and strategic insights.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes; ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting performance trends and risks.
  • Conduct variance analysis and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
  • Manage financial data integrity, reporting accuracy, and analytics across multiple systems.
  • Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and adoption of FP&A tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic projects.

Must Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology product company.
  • Proven business partnering experience with GTM functions and leaders.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in data management and data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with FP&A tools (e.g.,Vena, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
