Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! You will be working directly within our service delivery team, collaborating with consultants, developers, and CX team. Our delivery teams lead client projects ranging from large-scale implementations, custom integrations, platform extensibility, and optimization + advisory on the HubSpot platform and connected systems. This role is to support and advance the work of the delivery teams and to hold all parties accountable for work getting done accurately, on time and according to the scope of work in a client-facing capacity. 

To be successful in this role requires strong project management expertise, extreme organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate risk to both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with technical CRM implementations is required for this role. ClickUp experience is also required for this role. HubSpot experience and PMP certification is strongly preferred, but not required. • PMP Certified, PMI Agile Certified, Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent
• ClickUp Super User
• Proficient with project management methodologies
• Experience leading large-scale implementation projects
• The type of person who never misses a deadline, because they got it adjusted before it was at risk
• Highly skilled at time management
• Collaborative, works well in a team
• Skilled in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Customer-focused mindset, client-facing, upholds professionalism 
• Passionate and experienced with technology, systems, and business operations
• High EiQ with the ability to work with diverse teams and understand different perspectives
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills; able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
• Timeline and Hours Budget management experience
• Skilled with change management - can manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and resources effectively
• Innovative thinker, strategic
• Surfacing and communicating risk to internal and external stakeholders, 
• Ability to reorganize, modify project plan

A Normal Day in the Role

• Attend client sprint meetings, providing status updates and holding consultants and clients accountable 
• Attend delivery team daily stand meetings to gather updates, prepare for client meetings
• Send status updates and hours budget updates to clients
• Communicate timeline and budget risk to both delivery teams and clients early and often
• Coordinate and schedule discovery sessions and requirements verification calls
• Scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing a client launch 
• Updating task statuses, deadlines, dependencies, subtasks, checklists, gantts within ClickUp based on internal conversations, transferring conversations to details
• Ensure time is logged, tasks are updated, and ClickUp reflects accurate project data
• Running reports and building dashboards in ClickUp to keep projects on track
• Managing hours budgets against actuals, reviewing reports to keep budget, and timeline on track and on target
• Attend external kickoff meetings 
• Manage external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of scoped work and how it effects internal dependencies
