About The Role
As part of Aptos’ ‘10x Ecosystem’ vision for 2025, the Aptos Foundation is launching a hands-on accelerator designed to propel high-potential projects from ‘1 to 10.’ This program will support some of the most influential projects in our ecosystem, helping them launch successfully and scale efficiently.
As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you will be the primary advocate, advisor, and connector for accelerator projects. You will ensure that each project fully leverages the program’s resources, identifies their key needs, and helps them navigate technical, marketing, and strategic challenges. You will act as the go-to resource for accelerator founders, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time to accelerate their growth and launch successfully.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-facing environments and has a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain startups, and the unique challenges they face.
This role reports to the Aptos Foundation.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for accelerator projects, ensuring they receive high-touch, personalized support.
- Act as the program expert, helping projects navigate the accelerator’s offerings and maximize value from the experience aligned with their needs and goals.
- Track project milestones and timelines, identify challenges, risks, and roadblocks, and work cross-functionally to escalate and resolve issues quickly with internal teams.
- Identify and recommend connections between teams and ecosystem projects, partners, service providers, and experts.
- Work closely with Aptos engineering, product, marketing, and BD teams to align accelerator projects with the broader Aptos roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze partner success metrics, tracking each project’s progress within the accelerator.
- Develop data-driven insights and feedback loops to optimize program offerings and improve partner engagement.
- Contribute to program reporting, ensuring internal stakeholders have visibility into project progress and success metrics.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in partnership management, client success, venture capital, accelerator management, or account management, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or high-growth tech startups.
- Experience in a crypto accelerator, venture capital, or startup environment.
- Experience with early stage crypto startups, including tokenomics and token generation events
- Familiarity with smart contract platforms, DeFi, NFTs, and other blockchain applications.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, Web3 technologies, and the crypto market.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and provide exceptional service to high-value partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$175,000 The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the NYC Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include equity, tokens, or benefits.
