Trusted by Fortune 2000 companies, Arcadia combines unified data, AI-powered analytics, and expert advisory to help enterprise teams save money, mitigate risk, and cut carbon.

We deliver this through three comprehensive solutions:
Utility Bill Management: Automating the entire utility bill lifecycle — from data capture and validation to payment processing and auditing.
Energy Procurement Advisory: Bringing together comprehensive data, AI-powered analytics, market expertise, and a strong partner network to make sophisticated procurement options accessible to all. .
Sustainability Reporting — Verified emissions data with seamless integration into leading sustainability platforms.
Tackling the world's most complex energy challenges requires diverse thinking. We're building teams of people from different backgrounds, industries, and disciplines — united by a belief that energy management should be simple, intelligent, and a genuine driver of business value.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an L2 Data Analyst for our India-based Applied AI team. This is an opportunity for someone who has demonstrated the ability to work with data, write code, and solve analytical problems — and is ready to deepen their expertise on the data science track. The ideal candidate has some background in statistics and machine learning techniques.
Our team builds AI-powered solutions across Arcadia's utility data platform, with a focus on utility bill acquisition, document processing, and data quality. In this role, you'll work alongside product managers and data scientists to support experimentation, data analysis, automation, and product development — gaining hands-on exposure to ML/AI workflows while driving real impact through rigorous analytical work.
────────────────────────────────────────────────

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Contribute to the data layer for AI workflows — design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries in Snowflake to build sample datasets, power reporting, and support testing across our utility data platform.
Write production-quality Python — develop and maintain scripts for data transformation, pipeline automation, and validation, with an emphasis on code that's clean, scalable, and reproducible.
Build the foundation for evaluation workflows — curate evaluation datasets, define performance metrics, and create repeatable benchmarking frameworks that help the team measure and compare model quality.
Dig into the data before anyone else does — run exploratory analysis and data profiling to surface quality issues (missing values, duplicates, anomalies) and flag what matters for downstream work before it becomes a problem.
Be the analytical right hand to Product Managers / Data Scientists — support model development, experimentation, root-cause investigations, and ad hoc deep dives, picking up context quickly and delivering reliable answers.
Make your work easy to build on — document analyses, methodologies, and findings clearly so they're reproducible, reviewable, and useful to the next person who picks them up.
Get early exposure to ML/AI in production — support the development and evaluation of ML and AI-powered data pipelines, learning how models move from prototype to product.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Strong Python programming skills, with experience developing clean, maintainable scripts for data processing, automation, and analysis.
Strong SQL skills, with proficiency in joins, aggregations, window functions, common table expressions (CTEs), and query optimization.
Experience working with large datasets and preparing high-quality data for analysis through data cleaning, transformation, validation, standardization, and investigation of data quality issues such as missing values, duplicates, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
Solid understanding of exploratory data analysis (EDA), descriptive statistics, and basic experimental design and evaluation.
Curious, detail-oriented approach to data — asks "why does this look wrong?" before assuming it's right.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, visualizations, and well-structured documentation.
Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks while collaborating effectively with senior team members.
Demonstrated interest in machine learning, NLP, or Generative AI, with a willingness to learn and apply these technologies, is a plus.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
