How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Associate Director, Sales Analytics and Operations, you be a key partner to the sales leadership and will use your expertise in leading and managing incentive compensation, sales force size and structure, target list and developing sales analytics dashboards to drive strategic decisions critical to anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel) launch
In this role, you’ll be an essential member of the core cross-functional commercial launch team, commercial operations team with our commercialization partner, Kite Pharma, and of the Arcellx commercial analytics team that is responsible for developing and socializing the pre- and post-insights generation for anito-cel. Importantly, you’ll also play a major role in ensuring anito-cel is delivered to multiple myeloma patients in need of more options in their treatment journey.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Lead development and implementation of a targeting strategy to identify key physicians and accounts for sales team to engage with, ensuring efforts are focused and effective.
- Design the size and structure of future field teams, including the strategic placement of representatives across the US to maximize coverage and market penetration.
- Partner with the head of sales and regional leaders to create compelling incentive compensation plans, IC contests, president’s club programs that are motivating for the sales team, measurable, and align with our company's goals and values
- Partner with sales leadership to develop IC reports and align on the update frequency to update them on a regular basis. Ensure that the IC compensation payouts are calculated with high accuracy and timeliness
- Develop IC policy in collaboration with the sales team to define rules, special cases for payouts, IC eligibility (transfers, LOA, promotions, etc.), president’s clubs, contest and other IC related points that is comprehensive and fair. Lead establishment of IC steering committee to review special cases and capture approvals on a regular basis
- Establish quota / goal setting and goal refinement process on a regular basis per the IC plan. Lead the goal setting on a periodic basis as required per the IC plan.
- Lead the development of robust sales analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights, track performance, and drive sales strategy
- In collaboration sales training team, sales leadership and marketing team, ensure the sales team is trained on sales operations tools and resources, such as the CRM, target lists and future sales dashboards
- Partner with sales leadership, marketing, market access, and cross-functional teams such as business applications, compliance, and program management to align sales operations with broader company objectives.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Bachelor’s with 8+ years or master’s with 6+ years of experience leading sales operations and analytics.
- Deep expertise with different types of IC plans, quota setting and IC administration is required.
- Expertise developing sales dashboards / QBRs is required.
- Oncology experience is required, CAR T experience preferred.
- Experience working in co-promote requiring data exchange across two companies preferred.
- Outstanding project management skills to coordinate activities across stakeholders, vendors and projects.
- Ability to take initiative, build productive relationships, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $195,000 - $215,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
