How You’ll Make a Difference
We are seeking a highly motivated, field-based marketing leader to join our Commercial team as Associate Director, Regional Marketing & Thought Leader Liaison (TLL). This role will be critical in shaping and executing Arcellx’s thought leader and key customer engagement strategy in the U.S., with a specific focus on supporting the launch and growth of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), our lead CAR T candidate for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
This individual will serve as a key interface between Arcellx and regional/national thought leaders, academic centers, and influential community networks. The TLL will act as a bridge between the field and home office teams, generating actionable insights to inform brand strategy, educational initiatives, and speaker engagement efforts. This is a non-sales role that works in close partnership with colleagues across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, as well as with Kite Pharma through our co-promotion agreement.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with thought leaders and key customers within the multiple myeloma and CAR T space.
- Support regional advisory boards, executive encounters, and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive external engagement across all customer-facing teams.
- Capture and synthesize field insights to inform brand planning, promotional messaging, and HCP education efforts.
- Assist with the development of a national and regional thought leader map, engagement planning, and KOL capabilities assessment.
- Provide key input into the planning and execution of medical and commercial congress activity, including ASH, ASCO, EHA and IMS.
- Contribute to the creation of compliant, value-added customer engagement tools and resources.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MBA) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 3–5 years in hematology/oncology; experience in multiple myeloma or CAR T is strongly preferred. More experienced candidates may be considered at the director level.
- Prior experience in field marketing, key customer marketing, or thought leader liaison roles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to engage credibly and compliantly with academic and community thought leaders.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to extract, analyze, and communicate field insights to inform strategy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced launch environment and navigating ambiguity.
- Travel up to 70% required.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $225,000 per year. Final salary will be determined based on factors such as level of hire, years of experience, and location. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
