How You’ll Make a Difference

In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to build a world-class sales team entrusted with launching a transformative treatment for multiple myeloma. We are seeking motivated, passionate, and deeply committed individuals who embody a true ‘one-team’ mindset and are ready to make an immediate, meaningful impact.

As a Senior Division Manager, you will build, lead, and inspire a team of seven sales professionals in the launch and expansion of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), our lead CAR T candidate. By developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing team, and driving adoption of our innovative therapies across assigned divisions, you’ll play an instrumental role in impacting the lives of the patients we serve.

The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

  • Attract, retain, and develop a divisional field sales team of top talent.
  • Onboard, train, and prepare team to surpass launch expectations.
  • Lead and manage team to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Develop and implement divisional sales plans aligned with company objectives and product launch timelines, support team in developing and executing strategic territory and account plans.
  • Proactively engage with key customers and account groups to establish long-term relationships and advocacy for swift uptake and support of Arcellx products.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with our partner, Kite Pharma, and key stakeholders in the field; lead team to execute upon aligned goals and metrics.
  • Attend and lead commercial booth and promotional activities at national and/or regional scientific meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Skills and Experience We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role; cross-functional experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in hematology/oncology, and/or cell therapy markets.
  • Inspirational leadership, clear and engaging communication, advanced coaching and team development skills.
  • Innovative and strategic mindset, experienced in building, coaching, and implementing actionable account plans. 

The geography covered in this territory includes: Upstate NY, Manhattan, CT, MA/Boston, VT, NH, ME. Sr. DSMs must live within the territory and will be expected to travel at least 50% of the time.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $265,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as location and years of experience. Our offer package also includes incentive compensation.
