How You’ll Make a Difference
As our Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as an extension of the CEO—helping to prioritize initiatives, prepare for key decisions, streamline communication across the leadership team, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution. You will have a unique vantage point across the business, working closely with the executive team, Board of Directors, and external partners. Your our work in this role will help drive our mission and get our transformative therapy to patients in need.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and operationalize company strategy and goals.
- Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives that require executive sponsorship and coordination.
- Champion the company’s values and help cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Partner with functional leaders to align efforts and track progress against strategic milestones.
- Assist in managing the CEO’s priorities, schedule, and briefing materials to maximize impact and focus.
- Draft communications, presentations, and strategic updates for internal and external audiences.
- Support Board meeting preparation, including quarterly decks, talking points, and data synthesis.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in the life sciences / healthcare (MBA or PhD) strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare/biotech/pharma consulting, strategy, banking, or investor relations. With an advanced degree, 4+ years are ideal.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving biotech environment.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion handling sensitive information.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $230,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
