What You’ll Do:
- Understand the culture of the firm and be a custodian of it in all employee interactions.
- Assist in roadmap planning and execution, by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and initiatives to meet team objectives
- Manage and administer function specific programs and initiatives for the assigned business unit
- Stay closely attuned to the on-ground employee pulse of the employees and proactively share insights with leadership to drive necessary actions and improvements.
- Maintain and report data from people processes such as employee attrition, headcount, immigration, etc. and share actionable insights
- Be the go-to person for all people-related queries and concerns for assigned business unit/s.
- Analyze data and create various reports to support effective decision-making.
- Provide support in driving and executing strategic projects, employee engagement and retention programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HC areas, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Gather and interpret industry best practices and suggest improvements to internal processes, procedures and systems
- Act as a change agent within the organization, challenging existing processes to make them more efficient and agile.
What You’ll Need:
- MBA in HR with 6-8 yrs of relevant experience with at least 5 years in the business partner role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving independent projects and implementing innovative HR solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee well-being and engagement.
- Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
