We’re looking for a high-energy Growth Marketing Intern to help drive founder community, partnerships, events, and on-the-ground growth.

We’re looking for a high-energy Growth Marketing Intern to help drive founder community, partnerships, events, and on-the-ground growth.
This role is for someone who loves meeting people, understands startup culture, and is excited to be out in the world building relationships with founders, operators, and community leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Support growth marketing and partnership initiatives
- Recruit founders and startup teams into our community
- Plan and host tech talks, community events, and founder-focused programming
- Organize Friday night founder parties and other high-signal community events
- Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and event opportunities
- Produce viral social media content
This is a full-time, in-person role. The expectations are:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM-6:00 PM

You’re social, proactive, organized, and comfortable starting conversations with anyone. You have strong taste, high urgency, and a genuine interest in startups, technology, and founders. You’re excited to build community, create memorable events, and help grow something from the ground up.
