Staff SAP Application Developer

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Developer with 13 to 15 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to engage with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to deliver business objectives effectively. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher, along with expertise in various development tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to prioritize and deliver business objectives on the SAP platform.
- Lead the development and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Manage and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.
- Utilize tools such as Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS to support project management and development activities.
- Develop and maintain custom code using ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA within the SAP S/4HANA 2021 or higher environment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Need:
- 13 to 15 years of experience in SAP development and leadership roles.
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners. - Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher.
- Proficient in ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA development.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SDLC, SCRUM, Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Bonus Qualifications:
- SAP certification(s) in relevant areas.
- Experience in Aerospace.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between 133,400 - 166,800. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
