Immigration Coordinator (Temp)

Immigration
- Coordinate U.S. immigration cases to ensure timely processing.
- Interface with internal customers and stakeholders to provide necessary information to outside counsel for case filings, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and proper documentation.
- Review immigration applications prepared by outside counsel to confirm accuracy before submission for the Immigration Manager’s signature.
- Assist with the recruitment process for U.S. permanent resident applications, working closely with sponsoring managers, external vendors, and the talent acquisition team.
- Maintain public access files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyze immigration and recruitment reports as needed.
- Manage cost centers, purchase orders (POs), and invoices for immigration cases to facilitate case initiation with external counsel.
- Resolve vendor and employee issues or concerns related to the travel program, escalating to the manager as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks and support project work assigned by the Mobility Senior Manager.
- Deliver the highest level of service and responsiveness to both internal and external customers.
- Assist Senior Manager with administrative tasks related to opening up new entities abroad
- Initiate cases via the vendor platform
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or a Paralegal certificate with at least 2 years of corporate experience supporting immigration programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey immigration and global mobility requirements, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting and People Business Partners.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and evolving organization.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with Travel Management Companies
- Familiarity with Greenhouse

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $35-$40/hr. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
