Staff Supply Chain System Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Staff SAP Supply Chain Planning Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePP/DS) and MRP Live. This role will support the design, configuration, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions, emphasizing production planning, detailed scheduling, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on SAP experience and a proven ability to deliver efficient planning solutions in complex, global enterprise environments.
What You Will Do
- Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA ePP/DS/M&PS and MRP Live to support production planning, detailed scheduling, and supply chain processes.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and configure solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Configure ePP/DS processes, including Production Data Structures (PDS), resources, planning versions, transportation lanes, and scheduling scenarios (e.g., finite scheduling, capacity planning).
- Support MRP Live processes for real-time material requirements planning, ensuring effective supply-demand alignment and inventory optimization.
- Implement planning strategies such as Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Assemble to Order scenarios.
- Collaborate with SAP teams (MM, SD, WM, QM, FICO) to ensure seamless integration of planning processes with procurement, sales, warehousing, and financial modules.
- Assist in documenting functional specifications, custom enhancements (RICEFW), and integration designs for external systems.
- Support testing, master data setup, user training, cutover planning, data migration, and hyper-care activities for successful go live.
- Provide expertise in ePP/DS and MRP Live, offering guidance on supply chain planning best practices to business and IT stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging S/4HANA capabilities to enhance planning efficiency.
What You Will Bring
- 10-12 years of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA ePP/DS and MRP Live, and two end-to-end S4 HANA Project implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ePP/DS configuration, including PDS, resources, planning versions, transportation lanes, and scheduling techniques.
- Expertise in MRP Live, including real-time material planning, exception handling, and integration with production and procurement processes.
- Experience integrating ePP/DS and MRP Live with SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, QM, and FICO.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA planning solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working in global delivery teams.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $130,800 - $163,500. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
