AWS Alliance Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an alliances manager to help us accelerate and expand our AWS partners program and build strategic alliances with AWS teams, ranging from AMs to DGs to ISRs as well as Professional Services, TAMs, SAs etc.. This role will help manage the broader archera Amazon partner network relationship, working closely with Archera's dedicated Partner Development team from AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage participation in all applicable AWS partner programs and secure access to higher tiers.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Facilitate cooperation on sales opportunities among Archera and AWS account teams, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and proactively managed to completion.
- Build relationships with AWS teams to create a referral motion for Archera.
- Create and maintain AWS Marketplace listing in collaboration with product and engineering team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve AWS competencies to differentiate Archera in the AWS ecosystem.
- Create and deliver enablement content (including events and webinars) for Archera field teams on working with AWS.
- Provide direction, guidance, resources, and oversight for Archera’s AWS Foundation Technical Reviews and integration with the AWS Marketplace.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue via the AWS partnership globally, working with stakeholders to manage co-sell, co-build, and co-market functions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ YOE working with AWS
- Prior employment with AWS
- Developed understanding of demand generation best practices
- Strong understanding of AWS partner and field incentive programs.
- Experience with other vendor marketplace ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AWS go-to-market organization structure including partner, channel, account, and marketing teams.
- Must be familiar with AWS partner ecosystems and a track record in building alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams.
- Experience working at a SaaS company is preferred.
- Proven ability to establish trust and build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, project management skills, and communication skill, ability to craft and deliver C-level presentations and captivate an audience.
- Ability to travel <10%
