Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Partner Development Manager to support our channel partner operations across Distribution, MSPs, Value Added Resale, SIs/GSIs, Consulting Partners & ISV Partners. 

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing partner programs, maintaining day-to-day relationships with key partners, and executing initiatives to drive revenue through established partner channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute partner program activities as directed by the CEO & Partner Sales Director
  • Manage daily operations and communication with assigned partners, ensuring program adherence and partner satisfaction
  • Onboard new partners following established processes and provide initial training on Archera's solutions
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports on partner activities and achievements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and ensure timely delivery of partner resources
  • Assist in developing and delivering partner training materials and sales enablement tools
  • Support partners in identifying opportunities and coordinate resources for joint customer engagements
  • Maintain accurate partner records in Salesforce and other relevant systems
  • Attend industry events and partner meetings as an Archera representative
  • Execute partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in partner management, channel operations, or technology sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and operational processes
  • Experience implementing partner programs and tracking partner performance
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services, enterprise software, and infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of partner enablement and operational support requirements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently while supporting broader team objectives
