Position Overview

Archera is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. As the first point of contact for prospects, the SDR will focus on lead generation, nurturing relationships, and setting the stage for long-term customer success. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify prospects within Archera’s Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as cloud spend and cost optimization needs.
  • Book outbound meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Archera’s products and services to effectively communicate their value.
  • Manage relationships with warm leads by delivering relevant marketing content and nurturing engagement.
  • Track and manage prospect interactions using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead generation quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic approaches.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or technology sales roles, preferably in cloud-based services or FinOps solutions.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for engaging prospects effectively via email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to conduct lead research using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce for tracking sales processes efficiently.
  • Active listening skills to understand prospect needs and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • A creative approach to prospecting methods (e.g., video prospecting or LinkedIn voice notes).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
