Position Overview

Archera is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our hiring engine running smoothly during a period of growth. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will own interview scheduling and logistics, keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to date, and serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for candidates from first conversation through offer. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in a seamless candidate experience and thrives on coordination. This is a part-time, fully remote contract engagement of approximately six months, with the potential to convert to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, managing calendars, time zones, video links, and last-minute changes with minimal friction
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, clear logistics, and a welcoming, professional experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, moving candidates through stages, logging activity, and keeping pipeline data clean and reliable
  • Support offer and onboarding logistics, coordinating handoffs between recruiting, hiring managers, and the People team
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches organized, flag bottlenecks, and keep interview loops on schedule
  • Prepare simple recruiting status updates so stakeholders always know where each search stands

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, scheduling, or a comparable operations or administrative role (plus plus if you have experience coordinating interviews at a tech, SaaS, or startup company)
  • Familiarity with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple interviews and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort being a warm, professional point of contact for candidates
  • Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote, part-time setting, able to manage your own time and follow through consistently
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace in a growing company where priorities can shift
  • Fluency with LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude) as part of a daily workflow

Compensation

$40/hour. This is a part-time (approximately 20–25 hours/week), fully remote contract role based in the United States, with an expected duration of approximately six months and the potential to convert to a full-time position.

Benefits

  • Remote-first culture
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a category-defining FinTech platform

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
