Location: Arlington, TX

Hours: 8am - 5pm
Pay: $120,000.00
The Role:
Archive is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our private, on-site employer clinic, serving approximately 140 employees and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, thoughtful care that meaningfully supports the health and well-being of our factory workforce.
Responsibilities - What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries.
- Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care.
- Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care.
- Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.
- Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals within the organization.
Who You Are:
- Must be licensed in the state of TX.
- Active and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas.
- Current DEA license and prescriptive authority in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse employee population.
Education & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree (MSN or DNP) from accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Completion of coursework in family medicine, adult-gerontology, or occupational health not required but great to have.
- Skilled in managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and wellness counseling for adult populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Telehealth platforms.
- Previous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, health coaches, and care coordinators.
