Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Medical Assistant - Archive Health

Archive is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to work in our new private clinic, located onsite for approx. 368 people (low census!) in the manufacturing facility of our client, supporting our Nurse Practitioner. This incredible opportunity allows patient/provider relationships to form as it is a private clinic, available only for the employees at the factory. The provider will be focusing on well visits, physicals, prescribes and tends to urgent care cases. The role will involve collaborating with other health professionals, such as remote mental health therapists and nutritionists.

  • Completing intake paperwork and assisting the NP/Physician during examinations.
  • Greeting patients, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
  • Aiding the NP/Physician in charting notes and assisting with testing.
  • Taking vitals, completing blood draws and assisting in drug screens.
  • Collaborating with the NP/Physician to prepare patients for their appointment/examinations.
  • Inventory and ensuring the clinic is fully stocked.
  • Working alongside the NP/Physician, as needed, translating Spanish to English.

Requirements

  • 1-2  years of patient care experience as a Medical Assistant. 
  • BLS/CPR CertificationHigh School Diploma/GED.
  • Eager to learn, work, and grow with Archive Health.
  • Certified Medical Assistant; or open to obtaining within 1 year of hire.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
