Talent Acquisition Manager, Construction

The ARCO Recruiting Team is growing and we're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Kansas City (Riverside) to identify and engage top talent. A Day in the Life:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
- Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
- Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team
- Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals
Necessary Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture required
- Data Center recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
- Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership
