  • Help find great candidates. Source potential talent through online research, outreach, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Support candidate screening. Review resumes against role requirements, recommend candidates for consideration, and conduct introductory phone screens as appropriate.
  • Create a positive candidate experience. Provide timely communication, answer questions, and help candidates feel prepared throughout the interview process.
  • Keep recruiting information organized. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, update job postings, and help track recruiting activity.
  • Build relationships for future hiring. Help maintain candidate pipelines and support career fairs, campus recruiting, and employee referral activities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to recruit for entry-level roles, from candidate screening through the interview and selection process.
  • Contribute to team improvements. Support projects that make our recruiting processes more effective and easier to navigate.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, administration, or customer service is helpful.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, especially when balancing multiple schedules and changing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a friendly, responsive approach to working with candidates and colleagues.
  • Initiative, follow-through, and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
  • Comfort learning new systems and technology.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • An interest in developing your sourcing, screening, and recruiting skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
