About the Role
Arena Club is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help us scale our creator and influencer programs. This is an exciting entry-level role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing directly from our Influencer Marketing Lead, while playing a key role in building and managing relationships with creators across sports, gaming, and collectibles.
You’ll spend your time sourcing creators, coordinating outreach, managing day-to-day admin, and supporting campaign execution. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creators and culture, this is your chance to break into the industry and grow alongside a fast-moving startup.
Responsibilities
- Creator Outreach & Network Building – Research, identify, and reach out to potential creators across sports, gaming, and collectibles. Help grow Arena Club’s influencer pipeline.
- Campaign Support – Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, from contracts and codes to tracking deliverables and posting schedules.
- Admin & Operations – Handle day-to-day administrative needs including updating influencer databases, processing invoices, and reporting campaign results.
- Content Coordination – Support creators with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and asset delivery to ensure posts align with Arena Club’s voice and goals.
- Market Research – Stay up-to-date on creator trends, platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch), and cultural moments that Arena Club can tap into.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with marketing, design, and partnerships to integrate influencer activations into larger campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for sports, trading cards, gaming, or collectibles.
- Experience with influencer databases, outreach tools, or campaign tracking.
- Basic understanding of brand partnerships and content marketing.
- Creative mindset with a knack for identifying creators that fit Arena Club’s voice and audience.
