Administrator, Development
Arevon is a leading renewable energy company, supplying clean, reliable, and cost-effective energy to utilities and businesses in the U.S. We use innovative approaches to develop, build, finance, own, and operate utility-scale solar, energy storage, solar-plus-storage projects, and distributed generation assets.
The Position
This role will support the administrative and operational responsibilities of project development and land management for Arevon’s development team. The Development Team leads the expansion of Arevon’s portfolio bringing projects from idea to construction. This position will help to organize the Team’s payment and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as landowner payment liaison between the development team and accounts payable by supporting data entry of landowner information into the company’s vendor onboarding program, entering purchase orders into NetSuite, and continued follow up with stakeholders to ensure completed timely payments.
- Assist development team in entering agreement requests into company’s administrative contract system including Master Services Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, and SOWs.
- Assist the development team in the transition to a Land Management System; and support team in monitoring land contract expiration notices, timely payments, and the management of landowner data.
- Enter Purchase Order requests and serve as primary billing contact for the development team on invoicing and change orders.
- Support document intake, mailings, and recordings.
- Coordinate miscellaneous development administrative activities for the team as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong professional communication skills to trouble shoot and problem solve administrative tasks
- 2 or 4 year degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in document management and data entry.
- Proficiency in NetSuite (Preferred)
- Corporate event or travel planning
