The Role:

Arine is seeking a Reporting Product Manager to join our dynamic team of software and clinical professionals. In this role, you will report to the Product team and play a key part in shaping the product strategy, design, and processes that drive our core enterprise solutions, with a specific focus on reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for defining and delivering reporting capabilities that provide insights into user workflows, product performance, user productivity and effectiveness, and clinical outcomes.  
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization who can translate complex data into actionable insights and drive product decisions.

What You'll be Doing:

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, user productivity/effectiveness, and clinical outcomes
• Data Visualization: Create requirements for compelling and intuitive data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, reports) to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key metrics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of product enhancements
• User Productivity & Effectiveness Analysis: Develop visualizations and reports that provide insights into how users interact with the product, their efficiency in completing tasks, and the overall effectiveness of the product in supporting their workflows
• Clinical Outcome Visualization: Collaborate with clinical teams to design visualizations that effectively communicate the impact of Arine's solutions on patient outcomes
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and visualizations to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions and drive improvements in product design and functionality
• Supporting Product Direction: Contribute to translating Arine’s strategic vision into a cohesive product roadmap, with a strong focus on workflow efficiency, user-centric design, and data-driven insights
• Defining Requirements: Synthesize customer and user needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable the engineering team to deliver high-impact solutions
• Balancing Tradeoffs: Help balance features, schedules, and resources to deliver on business goals while maintaining a focus on workflow optimization and user satisfaction

Who You Are and What You Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in product management or related roles, or 3+ years in a data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization role with a desire to move into product management. Experience in healthcare software products and services is preferred
• Reporting & Visualization: Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to various stakeholders
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable with technology, development processes, and product strategy
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and business stakeholders
• Customer Empathy: Eagerness to understand user challenges and deliver solutions that make their work easier and more impactful
• Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in both software product management and clinical pharmacy applications  
• Skills in interface and user experience design  
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications  
• Startup experience

Travel and Other Information:

• Ability to commute to our office on Market Street in San Francisco at least 2-3 days/week
• Travel up to 10%

The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The base salary range for this position is: $120,000-140,000/year.

Information Security Roles and Responsibilities:

All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines.
