We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead diverse software development projects across both external clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing multiple squads/pods or large-sized projects with teams of 20-30+ people, delivering on-time, high-quality results. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for fostering team collaboration in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and design, to deliver high-quality products.
• Establish and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication, managing expectations, and addressing feedback.
• Drive Agile practices, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing change requests effectively.
• Track and report on project performance, delivering regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of Arionics into client environments, especially for staff augmentation projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Required:
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple squads/pods or large-sized projects with teams of 20-30+ people.
• Strong familiarity with both Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall for hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and experience working with US-based clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience working with remote teams across different time zones (Nice to have).
• Familiarity with tools for capacity planning.
• Technical background in software development, QA, or DevOps.
