Are you passionate about turning complex ideas into engaging stories? Arionkoder’s Innovation Team is seeking a Sr. Content Strategist to shape how we communicate our breakthroughs and bold experiments. You will define and execute a Content Strategy that inspires and engages across multiple channels and formats.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on exploring intricate fields like Science, AI, and Healthcare, turning technical concepts into accessible, compelling stories. You’ll also experiment with Generative AI tools, adapting their outputs to align with branding guidelines and seamlessly integrating them into your process.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full content lifecycle: research, editorial calendar, production, distribution and performance reporting.
• Develop pillar content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) and derivative assets (blog posts, social, email).
• Partner with Growth to design lead‑capture funnels (landing pages, gated content, nurture sequences).
• Collaborate with Design on brand‑aligned visuals and event collateral.
• Track KPIs and A/B‑test to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in B2B content or digital‑marketing roles, ideally in health‑tech / SaaS.
• Proven success owning KPIs: organic traffic, CPL, MQL → SQL conversion.
• Mastery of HubSpot (or equivalent), GA4, SEO tools, LinkedIn Ads.
• Exceptional English writing/editing; Spanish a plus.
• Comfortable working async across multiple projects and time zones.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a focus on creating accessible and impactful content.
• A passion for testing new content formats and approaches in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
