Product Manager – Innovation & AI

We are on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Sr. Product Manager to join our Innovation team. This role focuses on exploring how AI can enhance internal workflows and services. You’ll work alongside a designer, a developer, and an ML expert to identify opportunities, design small-scale experiments, and turn successful ideas into internal tools or product features.

We’re looking for someone curious, collaborative, and comfortable turning ambiguity into action — someone who can shape ideas, run experiments, and bring useful, usable, AI-powered capabilities to life.

What you’ll do:

• Opportunity Discovery: Identify where AI can create value in internal processes by improving efficiency, reducing cost, or unlocking new capabilities.
• User-Centered Discovery: Lead product discovery together with UX, ensuring solutions are desirable, usable, and solve the right problems.
• Lean Experimentation: Translate ideas into small, testable experiments that can be validated quickly with real data and user input.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop clear, actionable roadmaps that articulate the long-term vision and immediate plans for our products.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iterative enhancements based on user feedback.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with ML, engineering, and design to scope, test, and iterate on AI products and features.
• Evaluation & Measurement: Define success metrics for pilots and track outcomes such as time saved, user satisfaction, or reduction in manual effort.
• Responsible AI Product Thinking: Ensure experiments and tools are developed with awareness of data quality, safety, security, reliability, and potential risks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Product Leadership: 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with some exposure to AI solutions
• Discovery & Experimentation: A track record of running lean experiments and working through ambiguity to validate ideas early.
• Builder Mentality: You’re comfortable testing, shipping, and iterating fast, not just analyzing what others should build.
• User-Centered Mindset: Strong understanding of user research, prototyping, and how design influences product decisions.
• AI Curiosity and Experience: hands-on experience with AI tools, and a demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn how to apply them.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Experience working closely with ML engineers, designers, and developers to shape and scale AI-powered products. Collaborate with UX to define AI-human interaction patterns that foster trust, transparency, and control.
• Robust Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: Comfortable defining and interpreting product metrics, especially around efficiency and operational improvement.
• Agile Methodology: Proficient in agile project management, ensuring flexible and efficient product development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in product-focused companies, dealing with products at various stages of their lifecycle.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the latest product development technologies and trends, particularly in AI and App prototyping
