AI Solutions Architect - Remote (LATAM)

We are seeking a AI Solutions Architect to serve as the strategic and technical right-hand to the Manager of AI Enablement. This role combines in-depth Azure technical expertise with the ability to understand business processes, context, and strategic goals, ensuring that AI solutions deliver real organizational value. You will spend ~70% of your time on technical architecture and execution, and ~30% on business alignment, acting as the “sous chef” to the team’s strategic lead.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Solutioning: Translate business needs into scalable, high-value AI architectures that align with enterprise strategy.
• Opportunity Evaluation: Apply a structured framework (Copilot Studio vs. Semi-Custom vs. Fully Custom) to assess feasibility, cost, and business impact of AI initiatives.
• Architecture & Design: Lead the design of secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Synapse, Data Lake, Functions, Logic Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Multi-Agent Frameworks: Architect and integrate AI systems using multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), ensuring orchestration, role specialization, and scalability.
• LLM & RAG Pipelines: Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrations with enterprise knowledge sources, optimizing for performance and governance.
• LLMOps Practices: Establish frameworks for model monitoring, evaluation, prompt management, and lifecycle automation—embedding MLOps/LLMOps principles into the enterprise environment.
• Reusable Patterns: Create solution accelerators, templates, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Governance & Security: Define and enforce standards for responsible AI, including compliance, privacy, and security (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, CJIS).
• Technical Leadership: Mentor AI engineers and junior developers, fostering innovation while maintaining architectural rigor.
  Business Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that drive adoption and measurable ROI.
  Escalation Point: Serve as the authority for advanced design decisions and complex technical challenges.

What We're Looking For 

• Enterprise AI Experience: Proven track record as a Solutions Architect or Senior AI Engineer in Azure-based enterprise environments.
• AI/LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, and modern AI frameworks.
• LLMOps Proficiency: Knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, custom metrics), monitoring, CI/CD pipelines for LLMs, and lifecycle management.
• Azure AI: Deep knowledge of Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Synapse, Data Lake) and their integration into enterprise architectures.
• M365 Integration: Experience embedding AI into Microsoft 365 (Copilot Studio, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams).
• Business Process Leadership: Strong ability to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions that create tangible business outcomes.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Track record of mentoring teams, establishing architectural standards, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Governance & Compliance: Expertise in enterprise data governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Automation & Transformation: Background in process automation, AI-driven workflows, and aligning architecture with enterprise digital transformation goals.
