We’re seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a passion for solving business problems using both declarative and programmatic Salesforce tools. If you’re early in your Salesforce career, and have hands-on exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow development, this is your chance to deepen your expertise in a modern, fast-paced tech environment.
You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams — analyzing business needs, writing user stories, and contributing to Salesforce-based solutions that drive efficiency and impact across Sales and Support operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and define detailed requirements
• Translate business processes into technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
• Assist in designing scalable and maintainable features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Collaborate with developers to build, test, and refine custom components and automation
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business expectations
• Contribute to internal documentation, technical user stories, and process improvement efforts
• Analyze usage data and feedback to support ongoing optimization of Salesforce features

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a business analyst or technical analyst capacity
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
• Proven experience with Apex development, including writing triggers and classes
• Experience building or modifying Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow for process automation
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with both business and development teams
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Business Analyst certification (nice to have)
