AI Product Owner

We are on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on AI Product Owner to join our Innovation team. This role focuses on exploring how AI can enhance internal workflows and services. You’ll work alongside a designer, a developer, and an ML expert to identify opportunities, design small-scale experiments, and turn successful ideas into internal tools or product features.

We’re looking for someone curious, collaborative, and comfortable turning ambiguity into action — someone who can shape ideas, run experiments, and bring useful, usable, AI-powered capabilities to life.

What you’ll do:

• Opportunity Discovery: Identify where AI can create value in internal processes by improving efficiency, reducing cost, or unlocking new capabilities.
• AI Roadmapping: Prioritize opportunities and transform them into long-term an AI solutions roadmap
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iterative enhancements based on user feedback.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with ML, engineering, and design to scope, test, and iterate on AI products and features.
• Lead Backlog Creation: Based on opportunity discovery and roadmap creation, draft user stories and refine them with tech team in order to create a clear backlog
• Evaluation & Measurement: Define success metrics for pilots and track outcomes such as time saved, user satisfaction, or reduction in manual effort.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management, product strategy, innovation, or digital transformation roles.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience working with AI or data-driven products.
  
  
• Strong expertise in process mapping (e.g., BPMN, VSM, journey maps) and using them for product discovery.
  
  
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into AI product opportunities.
  
  
• Experience in lean experimentation and early-stage product development.
  
  
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLM tools, and responsible AI practices.
  
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in strategy consulting or innovation roles in tech or AI startups.
  
  
• Familiarity with agile experimentation frameworks (e.g., dual-track agile, design sprints, discovery spikes).
  
  
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional AI squads (ML, data science, UX, product)
