The Opportunity

Arize is entering a new phase of growth—our sales team has more than doubled, and demand for AI solutions is skyrocketing. We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to take ownership of pipeline creation and drive growth in the business.

This is a unique career opportunity for a builder and strategist who thrives on delivering results. You’ll have the opportunity to build the demand generation function from ground up and play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth in the ever-evolving world of AI.We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in B2B demand generation in a high-growth SaaS company—someone who has experience across the full life cycle of different Demand Gen tactics. This person should be passionate about continuously testing new channels, messaging, and creative approaches to keep us ahead in a competitive AI landscape. You’ll play a critical role in aligning with Sales and Developer Relations, ensuring campaigns complement their efforts in driving enterprise relationships and building awareness among AI developers and engineers. We’re looking for someone excited to leverage AI-driven tools and insights to optimize campaigns, uncover opportunities, and drive scalable pipeline.

What You’ll Do 

You will own demand generation end-to-end, from strategy to execution and analysis:

Strategy & Planning

  • Define a demand generation strategy that drives the pipeline for sales-led growth and supports emerging product-led initiatives.
  • Build the roadmap for scaling demand across enterprise and strategic accounts, as well as free and open-source user segments.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid search and social, ABM, webinars, events, SEO, email nurtures).
  • Experiment with new tactics and channels to capture the attention of AI engineers, developers, technical leaders and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Own audience segmentation, messaging alignment, and campaign orchestration across the funnel

Sales & Developer Relations Alignment

  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, lead SLAs, and feedback loops.
  • Develop joint strategies for account-based marketing, pipeline acceleration, and enterprise engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the DevRel team to ensure demand generation efforts amplify community programs, leverage insights from technical audiences, and convert engagement into qualified pipeline.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar), and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Ops & Enablement to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions on where to invest or adjust.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, CRM integrations, attribution tools) to ensure seamless campaign execution and visibility.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and attribution of leads throughout the funnel.

What We're Looking For 

You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives on measurable impact. You bring:

  • Proven experience leading demand generation for a fast growing B2B SaaS company (5–8+ years in growth, demand gen, or related marketing roles).
  • Track record of driving pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns that fuel both sales-led and product-led go-to-market motions.
  • Experience nurturing open-source and self-serve users into enterprise users.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort owning reporting, dashboards, and campaign analysis without a dedicated ops team.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment: You thrive when stakes are high and goals are ambitious.
  • Experience engaging technical audiences (AI/ML engineers, AI developers, AI PMs) and understanding their unique buyer journey.
  • Have familiarity with influencer marketing in the AI space.
  • Familiarity with hybrid GTM models (sales-led + product-led) and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • growth-oriented mindset—ready to innovate and challenge traditional tactics for a rapidly evolving AI market.
  • (Bonus) Background in AI/ML, developer tools, or data infrastructure products.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $160,000 to $210,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.

While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person. For all other employees, there is a WFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spaces.
