Our Director, Content Marketing is a core member of our Marketing team. We are looking for someone who will lead the charge in developing high-impact content that resonates with our customers, prospects and partners. This person will lead the creation and execution of diverse, full-funnel content that supports revenue goals and enhances our market position.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee content marketing plans, including content creation, optimization and distribution with an SEO strategy. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and content opportunities (using key providers such as Gartner, Hackett, etc.)
- Create engaging content across different mediums (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, sales collateral, social media updates, videos, etc.)
- Develop content for the Arkestro website, including continuously assessing website content for conversions.
- Manage social media presence and engagement
- Work with the Director, Digital Marketing to create email marketing campaigns and together analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish content request workflows (e.g., sales, product, product marketing) to ensure enablement,success, and consistency across the buyers journey
- Work closely with analysts and thought leaders on interviews, reports, and eBooks to integrate expert insights into high-quality content
- Help to frame the product marketing strategy, including target audience prioritization, positioning and messaging; contribute to marketing mix strategy development
- Expertly translate product capabilities into buyer benefits and business outcomes, to be leveraged in market facing positioning and messaging
- Ensure consistent brand voice and design across all channels, maintaining a unified and cohesive identity in all marketing materials and communications
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to wear multiple hats, stepping in to support high-priority initiatives beyond core responsibilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working in content marketing or a related role for a SaaS company (ideally focused on procurement, sourcing, or supply chain solutions)
- Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and marketing to enterprise customers
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams to deliver critical customer insights and enablement material for multiple teams
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time for executive-level teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a growth stage company and passion to work with disruptive technology
- Exceptional writing and copy editing skills with a keen eye for detail - writing for B2B/ SaaS, Sprout, WordPress, LinkedIn ads, GoogleAds, SEM Rush (or similar tool), and Hubspot or similar CRM
- Innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail in designing documents, website layouts, ads, and social media cards, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand assets
- Ability to report on metrics that matter, report on what is working, what isn't. Familiar with Google Analytics.
Pay Range
$125,000 - $150,000 USD
