Senior Product Designer

United States

Arkestro's Predictive Procurement Platform applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. It moves teams away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and help both buyers and suppliers reach better outcomes faster.

Arkestro helps procurement teams influence more enterprise spend and uncover savings that traditional sourcing approaches often leave behind by applying predictive intelligence to how sourcing events are designed and executed.

We’re a hyper-growth company looking for people who take ownership and are comfortable working through complexity. This is a tremendous opportunity if you want to do meaningful work and help shape how large enterprises run procurement… Arkestro is a place where you can have a big impact.  See Arkestro in action at arkestro.com.

About this Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Arkestro, you'll shape the user experience of a platform that enterprise procurement teams depend on every day. You'll work in close partnership with product managers, engineers and, other designers and researchers, as well as customers, to translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive designs. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, design craft, and AI-augmented execution — we're looking for a designer who is fluent in modern AI tools and can demonstrate how they use them to move faster and think bigger.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality design across the platform
  • Translate complex enterprise workflows into clear, intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity comps
  • Lead design from discovery through delivery, contributing to both strategic decisions and detailed execution
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, establishing patterns that scale across a complex B2B SaaS platform
  • Validate design decisions through usability testing, user interviews, and qualitative and quantitative data
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and align on direction
  • Actively integrate AI tools into your design workflow — including Claude Code for prototyping and implementation exploration and Claude for design ideation, documentation, and content generation — and be prepared to demonstrate how you use them
  • Partner with engineering to ensure design intent is accurately realized in production
  • Contribute to a design culture of shared learning, documentation, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products, ideally in enterprise or complex workflow environments
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Storybook, and Chromatic, including component libraries, variants, and design system management
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools — particularly Claude Code and Claude Design — into your daily design workflow, with examples you can walk through
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies; able to plan and execute studies independently
  • Functional understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers and prototype interactions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — able to make decisions with imperfect information and move work forward
  • Strong communication skills; able to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish best practices in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and inclusive design principles
  • Experience working in agile product development environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for procurement, supply chain, or enterprise spend management
  • Familiarity with data-dense interfaces, analytics dashboards, or workflow automation tools
  • Prior work at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company

Pay Range

$150,000 - $170,000 USD

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
