About the role : 

As a Senior Product Manager in the Core Bot Product team, you'll lead the development and success of our products. Your strategic vision, stakeholder management, and technical understanding will drive product success from ideation to launch.

This role will be instrumental in taking our product in an exciting new direction, and delivering on the company's vision to protect businesses from increasingly sophisticated automated threats while maintaining exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Management: Lead the complete lifecycle of Challenge and Mitigation solutions, including Arkose MatchKey, shaping strategy based on customer needs and market trends
  • Set Product Vision: Define the vision for next-generation Arkose solutions, keeping them at the forefront of technology
  • Product Expansion: Expand our suite of Challenges and Mitigation options to address emerging threats and leverage technology advancements
  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with company objectives
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and secure buy-in
  • Engineering Collaboration: Partner with engineering to translate requirements into actionable plans
  • Iterative Development: Lead agile, iterative product cycles with frequent releases and customer feedback loops

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Track record of delivering successful products
  • Data-first approach to product decisions and performance measurement
  • Basic SQL and Data analysis skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Cloud Security, BOT Management, or Account Fraud domains
  • Familiarity with AI/ML based solutions and upcoming technologies
  • Understanding of statistical and analytical concepts
  • Passion for research and exploring emerging technologies
