Position Overview
Arlo is in search of a Senior Administrative Analyst in support of the OUSD I&S CL&S Integrating Vetting Directorate. This resource will be handling administrative responsibilities for national and DoD policy, guidance, and training, along with conducting multi-agency coordination, in addition to managing, supervising, and conducting administrative functions involving multiple programs including analysis and evaluation on projects and mission objectives.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
- Serve as the administrative point of contact to support the CL&S directors as well as government staff personnel in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF).
- Monitor access to SCIF, prepare and maintain essential logistic and security requirements for the SCIF, answer phones, maintain office files and the office filing system, and track action items in the suspense portal.
- Provide correspondence staffing support to action officers for all required correspondence actions, (e.g., formal letters, memorandum, read-ahead briefing/meeting packages, reports, and travel/training/personnel documents).
- Route materials to appropriate offices and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and other materials for the office.
- Ensure the leadership’s daily calendar operations are accomplished in a timely, professional responsive manner.
- Arrange for meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing, to include taking minutes and maintaining invitations attendee contact rosters.
- Provide in-depth advisory services concerning military and civilian human capital management functions on issues such as Joint Duty Assignments, memorandum of agreements, awards and evaluations.
- Assist with the administrative onboarding of incoming personnel to include security awareness and protocols, computer support/connectivity, ensuring relevant staff officer training, etc.
- Prepare and/or oversee travel arrangements for up to ten staff personnel and assist with developing travel reports and travel vouchers upon completion of travel. Travel frequency is dependent upon mission requirements and COVID-10 restrictions.
- Conduct inventory, orders supplies, and accept deliveries for the office.
- Develop and update up to twelve office standard operating procedures annually.
- Manage and recommend the allocation of physical space for the office.
- Assist in providing security management support for sensitive activities, sensitive compartmented information (SCI), special access programs (SAP) documentation, and Alternative or Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) activities.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of administrative experience to include:
- 2 years of experience with supporting Front Office Senior Leadership. Experience maintaining an executive calendar, answering phones, preparing briefings, and setting and tracking suspenses.
- 5 years of experience managing, supervising, and conducting administrative functions involving multiple programs including analysis and evaluation on projects and mission objectives.
- 5 years of experience drafting and editing correspondence, briefing slides, and memorandums.
- 5 years of experience performing action officer responsibilities which includes tracking suspense's, staffing packages, resolving/de-conflicting issues and/or coordinating actions with both internal and external customers.
- 2 years of experience supporting travel requirements of senior executives including foreign travel.
- Provides clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
- Required to stay until 4:30pm daily.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possesses intimate knowledge of OUSD(I&S) goals objectives and direction.
