(698) Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager

N/A

Company Summary

Arlo Solutions (Arlo) is an information technology consulting services company that specializes in delivering technology solutions. Our reputation reflects the high quality of the talented Arlo Solutions team and the consultants working in partnership with our customers. Our mission is to understand and meet the needs of both our customers and consultants by delivering quality, value-added solutions. Our solutions are designed and managed to not only reduce costs, but to improve business processes, accelerate response time, improve services to end-users, and give our customers a competitive edge, now and into the future.

Position Description:

The Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager oversees a coordinated group of security programs, projects, and engagements — managing them collectively rather than in isolation so Arlo invests in the right work, at the right time, for the right return. Applying PMI-aligned portfolio and program management practices, this person defines portfolio components, establishes prioritization criteria, allocates resources, manages interdependencies and risk, and reports portfolio value to executive stakeholders.

The role blends rigorous delivery oversight with a forward-looking, growth-oriented posture — demonstrating portfolio thinking and the adaptability to shift between tactical coordination and strategic alignment. Equally important is the customer-facing dimension: the Portfolio Manager serves as a senior point of contact for clients, surfacing and resolving issues quickly, shaping new business opportunities, and championing Arlo’s decision support threat intelligence tool as a force multiplier for client risk decisions.

Location:  Arlo Solutions HQ / Hybrid (client-site travel as required)

Clearance:  TS/SCI Preferred

Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:

  • Portfolio Management & Governance

    • Define, balance, and authorize the cybersecurity portfolio—aligning components to organizational strategy and ensuring the optimal mix of programs and projects.
    • Establish and apply portfolio prioritization, selection, and value-measurement criteria, making recommendations on which initiatives to start, continue, reprioritize, or terminate.
    • Manage portfolio-level risk, interdependencies, resource capacity, and the portfolio roadmap, maintaining balance across scope, schedule, cost, and benefit.
    • Govern portfolio performance against defined KPIs and benefit-realization targets; lead portfolio reviews and report status, risks, and value to executive leadership.
    • Apply PMI standards (Standard for Portfolio Management, PMBOK) and Arlo governance frameworks to ensure consistent, auditable, and transparent decision-making.

    Program Delivery & Execution Oversight

    • Coordinate the successful delivery of cybersecurity engagements and initiatives, collaborating with project leads, technical SMEs, and delivery teams.
    • Translate strategic goals into outcome-based program plans and milestone tracking.
    • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and recommend adjustments to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-impact delivery.

    Cross-Team Integration & Governance

    • Collaborate closely with senior managers across development, design, and delivery teams to ensure consistent planning, agile coordination, and cohesive delivery.
    • Support agile ceremonies and team coordination, enabling transparent workflows and shared accountability.
    • Maintain project and portfolio management systems and ensure up-to-date records of risks, actions, and decisions.

    Customer-Facing Delivery & Issue Resolution

    • Serve as a senior, trusted point of contact for clients across the portfolio, building durable relationships at the practitioner and executive levels.
    • Proactively identify, triage, and drive resolution of customer-facing issues—coordinating Arlo delivery teams to respond rapidly while protecting quality and trust.
    • Translate complex cybersecurity findings and threat information into clear, actionable guidance that supports client decision-making.
    • Monitor engagement health and client satisfaction, intervening early to keep delivery on track and expectations aligned.

    Business Development & Growth

    • Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent markets, partnering with capture and sales teams.
    • Contribute to proposals, statements of work, and solution design—bringing portfolio insight and delivery feasibility to the pursuit process.
    • Cultivate account growth by anticipating client needs, expanding the value Arlo delivers, and positioning new cybersecurity offerings.
    • Represent Arlo in client briefings, industry forums, and partner conversations to build pipeline and reinforce the firm’s market reputation.

    Threat Intelligence & Decision Support

    • Champion and support adoption of the Arlo decision support threat intelligence tool across portfolio engagements, embedding it into client workflows and decisions.
    • Ensure threat intelligence outputs are integrated into portfolio risk assessments, prioritization decisions, and client advisory work.
    • Gather practitioner and client feedback to inform continuous improvement of the decision support tool and its underlying intelligence.
    • Use threat-informed insight to anticipate emerging risks and proactively reshape portfolio priorities.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

    • Serve as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams and executive/client leadership, providing regular updates, data-informed dashboards, and actionable strategic insights.
    • Prepare briefings and compliance-ready documentation for DoW sponsors, Arlo executives, and partners.
    • Gather user and stakeholder feedback and coordinate updates that improve delivery quality and system performance.

    Innovation Enablement & Continuous Improvement

    • Monitor new developments in cybersecurity technologies, threat intelligence, and automation tools relevant to federal and commercial environments.
    • Support piloting of new capabilities in collaboration with product, engineering, and delivery leads.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
