Technical Product Manager Intern - ISV

Armada is an edge computing startup that provides computing infrastructure to remote areas where connectivity and cloud infrastructure is limited, as well as areas where data needs to be processed locally for real-time analytics and AI at the edge. We’re looking to bring on the most brilliant minds to help further our mission of bridging the digital divide with advanced technology infrastructure that can be rapidly deployed anywhere.
We’re looking for a motivated intern (unpaid) to help define and drive key end-to-end scenarios that enable 3rd party software developers to succeed on our application platform. This unpaid internship program is tailored for engineering students seeking to enrich their academic learning with practical, hands-on experience in the field.
Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Coordinate and track onboarding efforts across a growing product backlog
- Author and maintain onboarding documentation, runbooks, and checklists
- Collaborate with internal teams and ISV partners to clarify technical and functional requirements
- Help define scalable, repeatable processes for future automation
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Familiarity with VM-based applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps tools like ArgoCD
- Comfortable managing technical project milestones across multiple teams
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
