Technical Program Manager Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure DevOps management and Figma, and will assist in coordinating and overseeing various projects to ensure they align with our technical, business, and delivery objectives. This role sits within the product organization at Armada but is distinctly for a program/technical program management (TPM) skillset.
Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office or remotely on the west coast in the US.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Assist in organizing and managing multiple projects using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Utilize design tools to create and manage design assets for various products and releases.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders with release notes.
- Coordinate software release schedules and planning roadmaps.
- Support business and technical architecture discussions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's program is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps or JIRA project management platform.
- Experience with Figma for design and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Time-efficiency is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
