Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) capabilities on the Armada edge computing platform. This role will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our distributed GPU resource management system, enabling customers to dynamically allocate and scale GPU compute across our global Galleon fleet.
Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define product strategy for GPU-as-a-Service across edge, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Create go-to-market strategy for GPU services targeting AI/ML workloads at the edge
- Work with business team to establish pricing models and service tiers for GPU resources (on-demand, reserved, spot pricing)
Technical Product Management
- Partner with engineering to design GPU allocation, scheduling, and orchestration systems
- Define multi-tenant GPU sharing capabilities with performance isolation
- Specify edge-to-cloud GPU bursting and workload migration features
- Drive integration with Kubernetes for container-based GPU orchestration
- Establish SLAs, performance metrics, and monitoring requirements
Market & Customer Development
- Conduct customer research to understand GPU workload patterns and requirements
- Define customer personas for edge AI, ML training, inference, and HPC workloads
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and validate customer use cases
- Support pre-sales activities and proof-of-concept deployments
Platform Integration
- Ensure seamless integration with existing Armada Commander platform
- Define API specifications for GPU resource management and billing
- Coordinate with Azure Local integration for hybrid GPU services
- Drive multi-cluster federation capabilities for distributed GPU pools
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years in product management, preferably in cloud computing, infrastructure, or developer tools
- 3+ years working with GPU compute, AI/ML platforms, or HPC environments
- Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and resource management systems
- Background in pricing strategy for usage-based or infrastructure services
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of GPU architectures (NVIDIA H100, A100, etc.) and workload characteristics
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA) and inference pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and billing systems
- Understanding of edge computing challenges and distributed system design
Business Acumen
- Experience with B2B enterprise sales cycles and technical customer requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track key product metrics
- Experience building competitive analysis and positioning against major cloud providers
- Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and enterprise security requirements
Communication & Leadership
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, operations)
- Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at GPU cloud providers (CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, Paperspace) or major cloud platforms
- Background in edge computing, IoT, or distributed systems
- Familiarity with defense, energy, or industrial sectors and their AI/ML requirements
- Experience with open-source orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher)
- Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and AI lifecycle management
- Previous experience in startup or high-growth technology environments

Compensation
For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the starting base salary range for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed below, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).

Compensation
$144,000 - $180,000 USD
