About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership.
Location. This role is office-based in Bellevue, Washington office.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Plan, manage, and execute technical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify project dependencies, constraints, and bottlenecks; proactively remove obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure teams are following Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Track and report on project progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between business and engineering.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery by coordinating testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or software program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing software or infrastructure projects in cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Technical background in software development, DevOps, or systems engineering.
- Experience with stakeholder management in enterprise or client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and modern development pipelines.
Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the base salary range for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the salary, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).

Compensation
$128,000 - $160,000 USD
