We are looking for a motivated Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team and support our Sales organization. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performance sales culture by driving employee engagement, supporting talent development, addressing employee relations, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. You'll help develop and retain top talent, ensure a positive work environment, and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as a primary contact for employee relations issues within the sales team, helping address concerns around performance, behavior, and interpersonal matters.
- Support sales managers with coaching and guidance on managing employee performance, disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure sales employees receive timely and fair support for their concerns.
Talent Development & Performance Management
- Work with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities, assisting with career development plans for employees.
- Help manage the performance review process, including setting goals, evaluations, and ongoing feedback to keep employees motivated and on track.
- Contribute to building sales leadership skills and creating a high-performance culture.
Sales Workforce Planning & Recruitment
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to assess hiring needs and assist with and/or advise on recruiting efforts for key sales roles.
- Advise on compensation and incentive programs for sales employees, helping to develop competitive structures.
Organizational Development & Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with other HR Partners to assess and improve team dynamics, engagement, and overall performance within the sales organization and cross-functionally at Armis.
- Help lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback systems, to gather insights and drive improvements.
- Encourage a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous growth to keep the sales team motivated.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use HR analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and suggest improvements.
- Provide regular reports on HR metrics (turnover, employee satisfaction, performance) to track progress and support decision-making.
Collaboration & Organizational Communication
- Work closely with other HR teams, such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, to ensure smooth implementation of HR programs for the sales team.
- Share insights and strategies with other HRBPs to ensure cohesive support across the organization.
Change Management
- Assist the sales leadership team with managing change and organizational transitions, ensuring clear communication and employee support.
- Provide guidance during shifts in strategy, restructuring, or other changes affecting the sales function.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sales team, fostering an inclusive environment.
What We Expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role or similar HR position.
- Understanding of HR practices, employment law, and industry trends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to support HR decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to navigate HR challenges with professionalism and empathy.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $110,000-140,000 per year.
