Partner Success Manager
Location: East Coast - Remote

The Partner Success team at Armis is highly team-oriented; we strongly believe that strategies yielding account success in one area can be utilized to replicate success elsewhere. Our Partner Success Manager's thrive on doing whatever it takes to make our customers and partners successful, and have proven themselves over years of working in a variety of customer facing, technical positions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction and product engagement, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
- Train and assist partners on the product and program management
- Contribute to team goals around partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Come up with creative ways to engage with partners
What You Bring To The Team:
- 2+ years experience in customer/partner success role, Partner or Direct Sales role, ideally focused on mid-market and below (SMB Market)
- Strong knowledge of the MSP and professional services space, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
- Passion about working in the partner community and worked in or built a partner program in the past.
Salary range guidance for this position is: $117,000 - $158,000
