Vice President, Demand Generation (Marketing)

Armis is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President, Demand Generation to lead our global marketing efforts in driving commercial success. This role is critical in ensuring the alignment and performance of our demand generation strategy across all markets, channels and verticals.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Demand Generation will lead a high-performing, global team responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across sales and marketing.
This role is robust, global and requires someone who rolls up their sleeves and believes in accountability.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and own the global demand generation strategy to drive measurable pipeline growth and maximize ROI.
- Align closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly integrated with sales goals.
- Champion collaboration between marketing and sales to optimize alignment, messaging, and campaign execution.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and inspire a diverse, global team of directors and senior leaders, including but limited to:
- Director, International Marketing (team of 4)
- Director, Customer, Campaign, and ABM Marketing (team of 9)
- Senior Director, Americas Marketing (team of 9)
- Senior Director, Partner Marketing (team of 5)
- Act as a "player-coach," mentoring the team to foster innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
- Drive cohesion and alignment within the team, ensuring the execution of global campaigns with regional relevance.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage advanced analytics to assess performance, optimize strategies, and forecast results.
- Implement robust metrics and KPIs to measure success and ensure accountability
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership on pipeline performance and growth opportunities.
Campaign Excellence:
Ensure the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns that target specific customer segments, industries, and geographiesDrive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high-value accounts effectivelyOptimize the customer journey through personalized content, messaging, and engagement strategies.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Build strong relationships with sales leaders across regions to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
- Partner with the global marketing organization to align demand generation activities with brand, creative, and digital strategies.
- Drive alignment with product marketing to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and reflects product value propositions.
Market Adaptability:
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine and evolve demand generation strategies.
- Ensure regional and vertical market nuances are considered in the execution of campaigns.
What we expect:
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 7 years leading global demand generation teams in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
- Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable revenue impact.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and influencing skills to build trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Expertise in campaign management, ABM, and digital marketing.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently to engage with teams, sales leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Domo)
